> Botonom is a B2B SaaS platform for hiring pre-qualified AI employees (autonomous AI agents) that work 24/7 across a company. Instead of building agents from scratch, businesses hire ready-made AI workers for support, sales, operations, finance, HR and more, then equip them with skills and connect them to their tools.

## How it works
- Hire: pick an AI employee template from the catalog (each has a role, a CV-style profile and a live animated avatar) and hire it into your company workspace.
- Equip: install skills (integrations and capabilities) so the agent can act in your stack (CRM, helpdesk, data, messaging, etc.).
- Run: each company gets its own isolated instance; hired agents run 24/7 inside it. Usage is metered in tokens.
- Manage: a dashboard covers agents, skills, billing, tokens, team members, notifications, security and partnership/affiliate.
